YOGA EXERCISES THAT PREPARE THE BODY FOR ASANAS - YOGA WITH MAHE

 A lot of friends have questioned what we are seeing today.

 If we do asanas with those two hands, we should practice yoga exercises to relax the body first before exercising the muscles.  If you go to the asanas from time to time, the yoga class will teach you asanas after six months of body preparation.
